Why do HR Planning?


​HR planning has two dimensions:​

  • Planning for the required number of members
  • Planning for the people management solutions  that will enable us to meet our goals – what kind of tasks, responsibilities,  development opportunities we can deliver to our members ?



​HR Planning will help you to answer critical questions like:​

  • What are my LC needs?
  • What do we need to meet those needs?
  • What strategies will we  use to meet those needs?
  • How many and what kind of members should I recruit?

​HR Planning will:

  • Ensure you are using your talent strategically
  • Ensure your recruitment is effective
  • Give you direction for your overall HR management
