Why do HR Planning?
​HR planning has two dimensions:​
- Planning for the required number of members
- Planning for the people management solutions that will enable us to meet our goals – what kind of tasks, responsibilities, development opportunities we can deliver to our members ?

​HR Planning will help you to answer critical questions like:​
- What are my LC needs?
- What do we need to meet those needs?
- What strategies will we use to meet those needs?
- How many and what kind of members should I recruit?
​HR Planning will:
- Ensure you are using your talent strategically
- Ensure your recruitment is effective
- Give you direction for your overall HR management
